All orders are final once confirmed. We do not allow cancellations to avoid material and production losses.
2. Minimum Quantity Requirement
Customers must follow the required minimum number of printed pictures/items per order. Orders below the minimum will not be processed.
3. Provide Your Own Files
Customers are responsible for submitting their own photos/designs/files. Please ensure good image quality (high resolution) and correct layout and content. We are not liable for low-quality prints due to poor file resolution.
4. Full Payment Policy
Full payment must be completed within the same day once you receive your order confirmation. Orders will only be processed after payment is received. Failure to pay on time may result in order cancellation or delay.
